Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product information and actively promote and sell M&S Food products to customers.
• Deliver remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued during every visit.
• Work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is busiest.
• Utilise digital tools (Sparks and in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience.
• Support the store team by filling shelves, serving customers, and contributing to sales growth.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment and support colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Be flexible to work across different store areas and adapt to changing retail demands.
