About the Role

As a Customer & Sales Support Exec, you will be an integral part of the Customer Service team, with a customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills. You will be the main contact for all Customer Service enquiries and issues, able to identify solutions quickly and implement actions to resolve them. You will also support the Sales Team, dealing with all levels of customers, including high-profile, high-value, or specialist accounts. Your goal is to provide informed, professional, and appropriate responses to internal and external enquiries.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Complete all system-based transactions accurately and efficiently, supporting the department's workload and aligning with business requirements.
  2. Apply a logical approach to customer issues to find appropriate resolutions, liaising with the Sales force on outputs.
  3. Resolve queries in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
  4. Carry out any reporting requirements as necessary.
  5. Demonstrate positive, role-model behavior consistently.
  6. Proactively seek to improve personal performance through training, coaching, and development opportunities.
  7. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  8. Show flexibility by assisting and supporting other areas of the department and business as needed.
  9. Develop good working relationships across all areas of the business.

About You

  1. Experience in customer-facing roles.
  2. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Customer-focused with a keen interest in problem-solving.
  5. Proficient with PC applications.
  6. Sales and/or Contact Centre experience is preferred but not essential.
