Customer Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team at the Shelton site in Shrewsbury.

Position starts on 5th October 2026. This role includes a 4 week training programme, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will work 37 hours per week in shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Advisor, you will chat with customers over the phone and email, taking full ownership of their needs and finding solutions. You will resolve queries end to end, make independent decisions when necessary, and work collaboratively with your team of 12.

1. Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing timely and effective support.
2. Take ownership of customer queries and handle them end to end.
3. Identify process improvements and work to implement them.
4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service.
