Responsibilities

• Engage with TradePoint members, listen to their needs and advise on the most suitable products and services.
• Sell the right products and services to trade customers.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, maintain a safe working environment and meet statutory obligations.
• Support and empower team members to deliver effective stock management routines.

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable. A customer centric mindset, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for home improvement are essential.
