Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age & great benefits.

Full time position available at 37.5 hours per week.

Location: SPAR Torgrange, 41 Bangor Road, Holywood, County Down.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Work within a range of departments including Fresh and Produce, ensuring that stock is replenished on a daily basis while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours

Full time position available at 37.5 hours per week. Working across Monday to Sunday between 6:00am and midnight. Full flexibility is required, as shift patterns will vary in line with business needs. Shifts are likely to include a mix of 7:00am-3:00pm and 1:00pm-9:00pm.
