Customer Advisor - SMR & Inspections (Centre)

RAC is seeking a Customer Advisor to join the SMR Inspections Services Team in a full-time office-based role at Bescot. You will handle customer calls, manage bookings, assign technicians, and coordinate parts availability, serving as the main contact throughout bookings.

The role starts on 7 September 2026 with two weeks of full-time training (09:00-17:00). Salary is £26,509.50 per annum, with 40-hour weeks and rotating shifts including weekends.
