Customer Advisor

Location: SPAR Rosevale, 37-55 Bangor Road, Newtownards, Down, BT23 7BZ

Rate: Up to £13.10 per hour (depending on age) plus benefits.

Hours: Part time permanent, 8 hours per week, covering morning, evening & weekend shifts (6:00am-midnight, Monday to Sunday). Flexible shift patterns can be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Replenish stock on a daily basis while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
• Ensure all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Cover the Post Office shop when required.
• Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Qualifications & Skills

• No previous retail experience required; training will be provided.
• Personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude with a genuine desire to create a smile on customers' faces.
