Job Title: Customer Account Representative

Location: Coventry, Ansty Park

Hours: Mon Thurs, (08 30) Fri, (08 30)

Duration: Permanent

The Role: Be the voice of the customer in a global aerospace business.

We're looking for a Customer Account Representative to join a small, high performing team at our Ansty Park site. This is a role where you don't just process orders, you own the customer experience end to end, acting as the key link between customers and internal operations.

If you enjoy being organised, customer facing, and solving problems in a fast moving environment, this could be an excellent fit.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from start to finish
• Providing regular order updates and clear communication to customers
• Running customer meetings and maintaining strong relationships
• Coordinating with internal teams, including supply chain, planning, operations, and finance
• Supporting forecasting and demand planning with customer insight
• Keeping accurate records and updates through Salesforce and SAP
• Ensuring customers always receive a high quality, responsive service

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing, account management, or customer service role
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling customer interactions
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Comfort working with systems such as CRM (Salesforce) and ERP tools (SAP)
• A proactive, problem solving mindset
