Job Description

Action Together is seeking two Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Advisors to provide high-quality careers advice for offenders in custody at HMP Forest Bank. You will help set educational and work-related goals while providing employability skills.

The role requires delivering personalized IAG advice and overseeing customers towards positive employment outcomes. Candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Advice and Guidance and experience in a custodial environment.
