Custody Engagement & Diversion Keyworker (Women 18-25)

Nelson Trust is seeking two full-time Custody Engagement and Diversion Keyworkers to work within Police Custody Suites in Bridgend and Ystrad Mynach. This role involves supporting women and young adults (18-25) with early identification and access to community-based support services.

The ideal candidates will help reduce social harms and re-offending, aiming to empower individuals to reach their potential. The salary is between £27,000 and £29,000 per year, with permanent contracts offered.
