About the roleJoin EFI Group as our Curriculum Transformation & Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the future curriculum and qualifications portfolio of the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy. If you're passionate about turning ideas into reality and want the opportunity to create something new, this role offers the chance to develop future qualifications, curriculum and skills solutions that respond to the evolving needs of learners, employers and industry. Working across our Further Education, Higher Education and Apprenticeship provision, you will coordinate and support curriculum transformation, curriculum redevelopment, qualification reform and strategic product development projects across EFI Group. Collaborating with academic and professional services teams, you will ensure initiatives are delivered effectively from concept through to implementation, aligning with organisational priorities, quality assurance requirements and key delivery timelines. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of education, working on innovative projects that drive curriculum change, support qualification development and deliver lasting impact for learners, employers and the wider sector.
About youQualifications: Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in education, curriculum development, project management or a related field. Experience: Experience coordinating or managing education-related projects, ideally involving curriculum development, quality assurance or qualification reform. Expertise: Understanding of curriculum development, qualification processes and educational quality assurance within a post-16 environment. Skills: Strong organisational, stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Values: A collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.

Salary:
From £46,000 to £51,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
