DescriptionWe are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Curriculum Administrator to join our Student Services team on a part-time permanent basis working.
This is an important administrative role providing comprehensive support across Student Services and designated curriculum teams. You will play a key part in keeping administrative processes running smoothly and supporting effective communication between management, staff, students, parents and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to senior staff and designated curriculum teams
- Taking accurate minutes at relevant meetings and working groups
- Producing and maintaining management information and records using IT systems
- Preparing and sending important correspondence to parents and students, including timetables and attendance-related letters
- Communicating professionally with parents and students by telephone on behalf of the department.
- Supporting enrolment and other administrative procedures
- Ordering equipment and resources through the College finance portal
- Ensuring effective communication and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, including the use of functions
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Experience of minute taking and working with Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify errors
