Culture & Change Lead: Strategy, Engagement & OD

Tower Hamlets Council is recruiting a Culture & Change Lead. You will report to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness and lead culture, engagement, OD and change initiatives to drive performance and a positive employee experience.

You'll shape and deliver culture change programmes, oversee employee engagement activities, and ensure alignment with strategy, transformation and HR & OD. This pivotal role supports leaders and enhances organisational effectiveness.
