Culinary Training Manager

Are you looking for a new, exciting role in the Culinary industry? Are you an experienced Culinary Trainer/ Training Manager looking for a new challenge?

What You'll Do

• Deliver catering training, inductions and weekly culinary calls.
• Conduct Origami reviews for food safety, customer journey and GP performance.
• Ensure menus and food offers meet company standards and cyclic calendar requirements.
• Support teams with menu planning, ordering processes and achieving KPIs (GP, food waste, allergens).
• Promote strong Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and allergen compliance.
• Build positive client relationships and champion company values.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or similar.
• Strong communicator with experience leading or supervising teams.
• City & Guilds 706/1-3 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.
• Proven ability to meet financial and operational targets.
• IT literate with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Passionate about food, customer service and developing people.

Desirable

• Menu development experience.
• Advanced Food Hygiene.
• Experience managing multiple catering outlets.
• Membership of a professional culinary body.
