Prepare and create food to specifications, with dishes ranging from fine dining to casual offerings across various cuisines, showcasing your passion for food creation and adapting to meet guests' needs
Assist the culinary team to ensure smooth and effective catering service within the restaurant
Collaborate and coordinate with kitchen team members
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas
Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North's policies and standards of excellence
- No degree required
- Relevant experience working in a catering kitchen is beneficial
- Skills in communication, teamwork organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Comfortable handling various meat products
Availability to attend shifts for matchdays and event days, due to events-based nature of roles
