Culinary Leader & P&L Manager

Stirfood is seeking a Chef Manager to lead our school catering site, combining culinary excellence with business acumen. You will drive performance, oversee menu development and ensure high-quality food and service for students and staff.

You will manage costs, lead a team, deliver promotions, ensure health and safety, and maintain strong client relations. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 39 weeks per year, with DBS disclosure required.
