Title: Clinical Support Associate
Location: Central London (2 days in the office per week)

The CTA plays a vital role in executing global clinical trials by supporting the Local Study Team with logistical and administrative tasks at a local level. Our team helps accelerate the development of life-changing therapeutics and contributes to the health and well-being of patients.
Key responsibilities include:- Proactively assisting Project Managers in running clinical studies and supporting CRA teams to maximize study performance and quality.
- Collaborating with the In-House Set Up Team and Project Managers to improve study start-up processes and reduce timelines.
- Serving as the central point of contact for study-related issues across departments within the UK.
- Maintaining and updating the Trial Master File and preparing for QC checks.
- Tracking site budget matters, processing invoices, payments, scheduling meetings, updating trackers, and coordinating document translations.
- Producing study aids and clinical documentation.
- Interest in pharmaceuticals and clinical research.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role; candidates from academia or commercial backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Degree in Life Sciences, equivalent experience, or licensed healthcare professional.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Office-based at White City, London.
