CSA Supervisor (Sweden)

CSA Supervisor

We are currently recruiting a CSA Supervisor to work for one of Europe's leading general contractors on a Data Centre project in Sweden. You will be reporting directly into the site's CSA Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day site operations and ensuring timely completion of the work program.
• Managing work quality against benchmarks, overseeing timely documentation submission by contractors.
• Actively monitoring and addressing snags in contractors' work, aiming for the highest quality and timely issue resolution.
• Managing sub-contractor activities, tracking progress, and ensuring protection of finished works.
• Conducting sub-contractor meetings, participating in look-ahead meetings, and coordinating tasks for timely completion.
• Managing health and safety, overseeing material storage, and ensuring compliance with MSRA/RAMS.
• Issuing daily SPA's and permits, participating in daily DAB's and Whiteboard meetings to keep contractors informed.

Requirements

• BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering or relevant trade qualification.
• 5 years+ experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
