Role PurposeTo support and verify the consistent application of CSA quality processes across all projects by auditing compliance, identifying improvement opportunities, and coaching site teams in the effective use of Kirby's Quality Management System (QMS), CSA checklists, and KPM (Nintex) workflows. This role provides independent assurance while working collaboratively with project teams to drive consistency, improve visibility, and reduce operational risk across CSA delivery.
Key Responsibilities Site Auditing & Compliance- Conduct structured audits across CSA project sites in line with an agreed audit programme.
- Assess compliance with CSA processes, checklists, Quality Plans, ITPs.
- Issue audit reports including observations, status, and agreed actions.
- Review CSA sub-contracts Appendix A(i) scope of works and Appendix A(ix) Quality Requirements to ensure completeness and avoid scope gaps.
- Identify and audit supply chain partners compliance with Subcontract requirements and Kirby CSA Quality Management processes.
- Review project org charts to ensure CSA roles are defined and assigned to suitably qualified personnel.
- Review of authorised personnel designated to sign off CSA forms for the contracted scope of works, against the competency matrix.
- Carry out review of CSA preconstruction tasks and quality of task execution.
- Assess the performance of CSA offsite manufacturing facilities.
- Review CSA design management processes and controls.
- Verify CSA activities are executed using approved processes and checklists.
- Ensure checklists are completed at appropriate stages and hold points are followed.
- Support site teams in aligning activities with standardised processes.
- Review the quality of completed CSA checklists for accuracy, supporting documentation and overall completeness.
- Ensure teams are using latest QMS documents via Konnect.
- Verify correct use of KPM workflows and approvals.
- Identify gaps and support improvements.
- Continuous development of CSA processes (new and existing) to enhance capability and delivery performance.
- Support site teams in raising and managing NCRs.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor trends and recurring issues.
- Produce audit reports and monthly quality summaries.
- Highlight key risks, actions, and best practices.
- Provide updates to CSA Function lead.
- Provide guidance on process and checklist usage.
- Promote a right-first-time quality culture.
- Deliver awareness sessions, Toolbox talks and lessons learned.
- Provide guidance on ACC form execution and completion frequency to ensure full traceability from checklist to defined inspection scope.
- Provide feedback on CSA processes and checklists.
- Develop new CSA processes and checklists based on site specific SOWs.
- Identify inefficiencies and duplication.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives through weekly workshops with company wide stakeholders.

Essential:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Quality or related field.
- Experience in Data Centre construction - GC1 & GC2.
- Experience in Power and Renewables and associated civils.
- Knowledge of QA systems and ITPs.
- Experience in auditing or quality control.
Desirable:
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Experience with digital quality systems (KPM/Nintex).
- Multi-site or European project experience.
- Regular travel to project sites is required (circa 50% EU travel).
