CSA Project Manager (Data Centre)

CSA Project Manager required to work for one of Europe's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a large Data Centre project in Portugal. You will be reporting directly into the Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CSA work packages including structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing.
• Oversee, track, and develop strategies for managing project costs, budgets, workforce resources, commissioning processes, and overall project performance.
• Lead the setup of CSA activities, ensuring that optimal meeting, reporting documentation, and scheduling practices are established from the beginning.
• Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders, including the client and design teams, to support project success.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by focusing on project cost, scope, and timeline objectives.
• Actively monitor the project's health and safety standards, as well as the team's culture and behaviour.
• Track and guarantee that project quality targets are consistently met and surpassed.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline.
• 8 years+ experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading large CSA construction teams.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent leadership skills - Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
