Croydon SEND Classroom Support - Small Group Learning

Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistant to working with a newly developed specialist school that's all about supporting children with additional needs.

Class sizes are small (just 6-8 pupils per class), so you'll have the time and space to build strong relationships and give each child the attention they deserve.

• A supportive senior leadership team who've created a genuinely welcoming environment

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30-16:15, Friday: 8:30-16:00

• An immediate start, with the role continuing through the academic year if it's a good fit

• Experience in SEND helps, but it's not essential-the school is looking for people who are:

• Comfortable working with children with special needs

• Proactive, engaging, and able to use their initiative

• Patient, positive, and ready to get stuck in

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
