The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is looking for newly qualified or early-career lawyers to join us as Crown Prosecutors - a court-based role where you'll gain hands-on experience, professional growth, and the chance to make a real difference to the communities we serve.

As a Crown Prosecutor, you will:Represent the CPS in the Magistrates' Court - attending in person most daysReview case files and decide whether prosecutions should proceedAdvise police and investigators on summary-only and some either-way offencesDevelop oral and written advocacy skills in live courtroom settingsWork closely with colleagues, the judiciary, police and other justice partners
