Cross-Site ENT Outpatients Department Lead

A leading healthcare provider in Lewisham is looking for an Outpatient's Sister/Charge Nurse/Department Manager to oversee patient care in the ENT outpatient department. This role requires strong leadership abilities, significant clinical experience, and the capacity to manage outpatient staffing and resources effectively. Participation in a 24-hour rotation and potentially moving to other hospital sites may be required.
