Job Description
Cross Asset Distribution Solutions Sales (UK & Switzerland) Job Summary

Responsible for selling Cross Asset Distribution solutions in the UK and Switzerland markets from London. The role covers private banks, distributors, intermediaries, discretionary fund managers and wealth managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover private banks, distributors, intermediaries, discretionary fund and wealth managers across the UK and Switzerland.
  • Develop the Cross Asset Distribution commercial franchise, targeting private banks, distributors and intermediaries.
  • Focus on client acquisition, product penetration and revenue generation.
  • Organise and lead client visits, roadshows and marketing initiatives.
  • Onboard new clients in line with the commercial roadmap and CACIB onboarding requirements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product ideas tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with FIG bankers to maximise cross selling opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Partner with trading and structuring teams to develop innovative products and solutions.
Reporting
  • Report to the Head of Cross Asset Distribution Sales, UK and Switzerland on progress and specific issues.
  • Participate in sales meetings with structuring & trading teams to review market strategy, exchange ideas and receive updates.
Control & Risk
  • Ensure clients are appropriately classified and cleared by credit, legal, compliance and back office before trading.
  • Monitor trade monitoring of counterparty risk and lifecycle.
  • Ensure all relevant regulations and internal controls are observed.
  • Monitor and understand risks to the bank and client from pending or concluded transactions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor degree (BSc) or equivalent; Degree in Mathematics, Management or Finance.
  • Internship or previous experience in structured products or equity derivatives.
Key Skills
  • Motivated, creative, team oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership.
  • IT literate, mathematically minded.
  • Good understanding of equity derivatives products.
Languages

English speaker; a second or third language is a plus.
