CRM System Manager F/H

This is anopportunity to play a strategic role in the launch of a landmark Mayfair destination - from preopening preparations to ongoing operations.

In the pre-opening phase, you will work with the Club Director and Head of Project to define CRM
features, shaping the CRM development roadmap, and ensure that the implementation follows the
agreed plan, timeline, and budget. You will also lead on CRM system implementation and integrations, ensuring all systems work seamlessly together ahead of launch. Post-opening, you will take ownership of the CRM system, members portal, and related digital tools, supporting the Membership team in providing a smooth and personalised experience for all members.
