About the role: CRM Specialist
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a CRM strategy that transforms buyers into loyal customers. While some initial loyalty efforts have been made within CRM, it's now time to establish a strategic foundation that supports Alpine's continued growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Building our CRM strategy from the ground up, leveraging customer insights and identifying new business opportunities in the hearing protection market.
- Drive sustainable growth of our customer database through targeted acquisition campaigns and retention strategies
- Creating and implementing an integrated communication approach across email, web, social, and other channels that resonates with our diverse customer base. You'll introduce advanced segmentation to enable true personalization.
- Designing and launching customer journey communications that reflect key moments in the hearing protection journey and the customer lifecycle.
- Working together with copywriters and designers to ensure they produce compelling content that fits the email flows and communication strategies you've developed.
What are we looking for in you as an CRM Specialist?
- Proven CRM experience: You have multiple years of experience with CRM in an e-commerce environment and are able to both formulate and implement a strategy. Your main focus has been on loyalty and commercial campaigns.
- Results-driven mindset: You are a results-oriented professional with a data-driven approach to decision-making. You have the skills to identify key opportunities and implement strategies that improve webshop performance and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborative & resilient: You're energetic and an excellent communicator, as you'll be working closely with others in a project-based environment. You know how to bring people along with your ideas, but also how to deal with setbacks and change.
