We are looking for a skilled and driven CRM Delivery Manager to join our Digital Innovation Team and play a key role in the implementation and consolidation of our CRM and digital platforms.

This newly created, time-limited post will lead the deployment and integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems into the Council's business infrastructure.

Who we are looking for

As CRM Delivery Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM implementation, from initial planning through to execution. You will ensure that the CRM system meets the business needs and integrates seamlessly with line-of-business applications. Working closely with stakeholders, you will deliver a solution that enhances the customer experience and supports broader service transformation goals.
