Job Description
The role 
- Management and enhancement of the CRM database its integration with other platforms
- Implementation of complex technical automations and event triggered CRM campaigns
- Ownership of sophisticated customer segmentation and targeted CRM activity
- Detailed analysis of customer data and behaviours, delivering actionable insights to non technical colleagues
- Hands on build, test and optimisation of complex automated customer journeys
- Hands on technical CRM experience, working with marketing automation platforms
- Proven experience delivering complex segmentations in a consumer environment
- Highly numerical and enjoys working with large data sets
