CRM Assistant - External Asset Managers

Finders is looking, on behalf of our client -private bank, for a CRM Assistant to support the External Asset Managers desk. This role is an integral part of the Client Relationship Managers' team, combining operational, administrative, and compliance responsibilities while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to Client Relationship Managers in commercial and administrative matters
  • Handle account openings, closures, and related documentation
  • Manage retrocessions and commission processes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
  • Prepare and follow up on client meetings and events
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Execute, monitor, and control client instructions (payments, securities trading, static data changes, etc.)
  • Monitor credit lines and investment maturities
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative issues

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Banking, or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in Private Banking
  • Excellent MS Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and prioritization mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethics
  • Fluency in English and German
