CRM & Retention Analyst - Auto Retail

Wessex Garages Holdings Limited is seeking a Retention Co-ordinator to drive customer retention strategies across four franchises. You will collect data, perform analytics, and log findings in our CRM and spreadsheets, then report to the Line Manager.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work across departments. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00, with a competitive package for the right candidate.
