Crisis Risk Intelligence Lead - Predictive Insights

Deliveroo in London is seeking an Analyst, Risk Intelligence to join the on-site Risk Intelligence team. You will help deliver guardrails for escalation and response, safeguarding people, operations, and brand during critical incidents.

You'll lead on-shift incident intelligence, produce predictive intelligence products, and collaborate with Crisis Management, Legal, Communications, and Trust & Safety to ensure unified decisions across the business.
