The Role:

The appointed Criminal Duty Solicitor will handle a varied caseload, provide advice to both legally aided and private clients, attend police stations, and offer advocacy in Magistrates Court. There is flexibility in working arrangements.

The Candidate:

Ideally duty qualified with proven experience managing criminal cases and conducting advocacy. Experience representing clients at Magistrates Court and Police Stations is required. All levels of experience are welcome to apply.
