What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Senior Supervisor within our Airline Division - TA CONNECTIONS. This role is located in Heathrow, United Kingdom. This position oversees Crew Accommodations Agents, Team Leads, and Supervisors, ensuring efficient daily operations and cross-department coordination. The role focuses on leadership, productivity, compliance, mentoring, and continuous process improvement.
How We WorkThis role operates in an office environment depending on business needs. Corpay will provide assigned workspace or home office setup, company-issued equipment, and required training.
Role ResponsibilitiesSupervising Agents, Team Leads, and Supervisors on daily assignments
- Monitoring a large remote global team
- Assisting with emergency crew relocations and high-impact IROP situations
- Coordinating with Crew Scheduling and internal departments
- Monitoring access to systems and reporting issues to IT
- Ensuring proper use of tools and technology
- Maintaining positive communication and professional standards
- Reporting incidents to appropriate departments
- Monitoring attendance and team adherence
- Preparing and reviewing KPIs and SLAs
- Supporting evaluations and training via Feedback Tracker
- Creating and managing Impact Tracker reports
- Supporting cross-functional teams with data gathering and troubleshooting
- Leading regular team meetings and coaching sessions
- Providing supervisor coverage when required
- Completing special projects as assigned
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to supervise a global remote team across multiple time zones
- Ability to work with clients via electronic and phone communication
- Familiarity with hotel sourcing and rate negotiation
- Excellent PC skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work shifts and extended hours during irregular operations
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience in hotel/travel/airline/customer service preferred
