CREDIT RISK ANALYST (BI) LONDON/HYBRIDUP TO £50,000 This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing lender at a pivotal moment. You will play a key role in shaping how credit insights are built, understood, and used across the business, with the chance to make a visible impact from day one. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Credit Risk Analyst will: Build and maintain data pipelines, data lakes, dashboards, and reports to support credit risk monitoring and performance analysis. Collect, clean, and process customer data as new lending products launch, ensuring high data quality and consistency. Identify trends, patterns, and insights across credit performance and customer behaviour to support strategy and decision making. Present findings to stakeholders across Credit, Product, and wider business teams. Contribute to a wide range of credit and analytics projects with the opportunity to develop into a broader credit risk role over time. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience Strong commercial experience with SQL and a data visualisation tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Hands-on experience in data cleaning, dashboarding, and BI reporting, ideally within a fintech, lender, bank, or start-up environment. Comfortable working with large datasets and building scalable, accurate reporting solutions. Interest in credit, lending, and customer behaviour analysis. Python experience is beneficial but not essential. Proactive, curious, and motivated to work in a fast-moving, growing team. APPLY BELOW!
