A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Credit Funds Paralegal to join one of the fastest-growing US law firms in the City. This elite US firm is seeking a driven paralegal to join their highly regarded Funds team, based in their London office. This position offers a unique chance to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, within an intensive yet rewarding environment that encourages development and progression.

Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

1. Drafting and preparing board minutes
2. Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers
3. Reviewing and analysing investor application packs
4. Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting

About you:

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have 3-6 months of Funds experience
2. Be flexible and open to working overtime, including weekends
3. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail
