Joining a busy and high performing Credit Control team, you'll take ownership of your own customer portfolio, managing collections end-to-end while building strong relationships and developing key commercial skills.

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll be trusted with responsibility early on and supported to grow.

What You Will Do

• Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, driving cash collection targets
• Proactively contacting customers (mainly via phone) to resolve overdue invoices
• Handling queries and disputes end-to-end, working towards resolution
• Building strong customer relationships to improve payment performance
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking activity across your ledger
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Contributing to debt reduction and overall team targets
• Getting involved in process improvements as you grow in the role
