Elevation Recruitment Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with an amazing client in Leeds as they look to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader into their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for managing a team of Credit Controllers
• Own and manage your team's debt ledger with accuracy and accountability
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business
• Drive cash flow performance, ensuring targets are consistently met and exceeded
• Support your team in achieving and surpassing monthly KPIs, celebrating success along the way

Person Specification:

• People management experience in Credit Control
• Great attention to detail and understand what it takes to deliver an excellent service to your customers.
• Understand what good leadership looks like and how to deliver that for your team
