At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. We require 1 day a week in office for London, Amsterdam and Barcelona-based employees and you have flexibility to decide which day.

About the role

We're looking for a Social Growth Lead who is both strategist and creator: someone who can design and scale our social growth playbook, has big ideas to bring to life our social-first product launches, and also step in front of the camera to represent our brand.

This role is for someone who is data-obsessed, trend-savvy, and craft-focused: you'll set the vision, build systems, and own end-to-end production of content that drives real impact.

What you'll do

• Analytics into action Obsess over data. Lead a performance-driven social strategy, translate insights into action, and set the standard for launch success.
• Product storytelling Turn VEED's features into scroll-stopping, product-led content that sparks discovery and usage across our ICPs and the AI/tech community.
• On-camera content creation Be a recurring on-screen presence for VEED. Concept, script, film, edit, and publish short-form video series across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Multi-platform campaigns Lead differentiated strategies across channels, growing reach and establishing VEED as the go-to AI video brand.
• Trend radar Stay plugged into cultural shifts and AI innovation, spotting opportunities early and moving quickly to test and adapt.
• Growth playbooks Build scalable systems and repeatable frameworks that connect social to product launches, demand generation, and community engagement.
• Community management Oversee our Community Manager to ensure proactive engagement across social and Reddit, building trust, advocacy, and brand presence.
• Influencer & stakeholder partnerships Partner with our Influencer Marketing Manager and internal teams to amplify reach and create viral moments.
• Operational leadership Establish workflows, KPIs, and processes that scale, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and creative to make social a growth engine for VEED.

About you

• Proven ability to drive product-led social growth - not just brand awareness.
• Strong creative instincts and craft: sharp copy, eye for design, confident on camera.
• Hands-on creator skills: comfortable planning, filming, editing, and posting content yourself.
• Experience designing repeatable content series that build audience and momentum.
• Fluency in multi-channel execution, with a deep understanding of platform strategies.
• Ability to translate data into action - you problem-solve with evidence, not guesswork.
• Track record of building an audience or network, with credibility in the industry.
• Experience managing creators, partners, or external collaborators.
• Operational skills to set workflows and manage small teams while staying hands-on.
