£40,000 - £55,000 DOE

THE ROLE

As a Creative Studio Manager, you will play a central role in the creative team - organising people, resources and workflows to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands on, proactive role where you'll help shape processes, manage creative talent and support the delivery of high-profile projects from brief to completion.

  • Overseeing studio planning & scheduling across internal and freelance creatives
  • Allocating creative resource to live projects and pitches
  • Managing freelance bookings and maintaining the studio talent pool
  • Tracking time, usage and costs across projects
  • Supporting commercial alignment on resourcing and spend
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and access for freelance talent
  • Helping refine and develop creative studio workflows & processes
  • Using creative software knowledge to support artworking/2D production when required
THE CANDIDATE

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience of managing/ operating a creative studio within the event space. You must have experience of being responsible for all the internal and external creative resourcing.
