THE ROLE

As a Creative Strategy Director, you will lead the creative vision across the business - shaping concepts, creative strategy and execution across brand experiences, live events and immersive environments.

• Lead creative strategy and storytelling across major pitches and projects
• Oversee creative teams and guide creative philosophy & standards
• Inspire, mentor and develop Creative Leads and multidisciplinary design talent
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape vision and outcomes
• Drive innovation, conceptual thinking and creative craft across the agency
• Ensure work aligns with client objectives and business strategy
• Represent the creative voice on the leadership team, shaping company direction
• Champion creativity, culture and excellence throughout the studio

THE CANDIDATE

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience at a senior level leading creative within events, experiential or brand experience agencies. You must have exceptional communication & client facing leadership skills and be used to fast paced environments.
