Creative Sous Chef: Lead Menus for 200-Cover Service

Chartwells Independent in London is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meals for 200 covers and delivering outstanding service.

Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week from 06:30 to 15:00, you'll manage a small team of two chefs, create menus aligned with client needs, and maintain a smooth, efficient service.
