Creative Sous Chef - Breakfast & Lunch at Kew Gardens

Company of Cooks in London is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at Kew Gardens The Orangery. You will oversee a daytime operation, deliver a Farmer J-style food offer, and provide leadership to a kitchen team of six to maintain high standards and timely service.

The role offers £40,000 per annum, 40 hours per week across 5 over 7 days, with onsite parking at TW9 3AB. You will ensure food hygiene training and COSHH compliance are up to date.
