Creative Services Manager

This new role is designed to support the continued growth and operation of our creative services team. It includes working directly with clients throughout a project and with our team of in-house and freelance designers, operators, and creators.
The key part of the role requires exceptional prosocial skills, a high degree of organisation, and an understanding of the process involved in designing productions or creating visual art and content.
The position is hybrid working with the option to work from home or our offices in Basingstoke. Visits to our office for in-person team meetings will be required occasionally.
Professional qualities, qualifications, and role responsibilities:- Establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Liaising with clients on new and existing creative projects, including agreeing fees and scope of works
- Providing administrative support to our design and visual art team
- Coordinating and booking internal and external resources
- Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Enjoyment and knowledge of music artists and industry
- Excellent prosocial skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Share some, if not all our core values

- Excellent communication skills
- Have high attention-to-detail
