Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organised and visually driven Creative Researcher & Designer to join our London team. This hybrid role combines treatment design, image research, and creative coordination with key support tasks across social media. The ideal candidate will have strong visual taste, be comfortable multitasking, and bring both creative and technical energy to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design

  • Design, layout and visually enhance director treatments across a variety of pitches
  • Conduct image research to support treatment development
  • Advise and liaise with external treatment designers and writers to maintain consistency and high standards
  • Assist directors with pitch materials and presentation development

Social Media & Admin

  • Manage and schedule content for the Love Song Instagram (UK/US), ensuring timely, on-brand posts
  • Manage and update the Love Song website, coordinating with external suppliers and resolving technical issues
  • Share responsibility for treatment coordination-handling select directors and supporting where needed
  • Assist with awards submissions
  • Maintain the Vimeo and Wiredrive accounts (including reel support)

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent treatment, design and lay-out skills (Adobe Suite proficiency essential)
  • Strong visual eye and experienced in moodboard/image research
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with social media management and content scheduling
  • Comfortable working with websites, asset libraries, and digital tools
  • Experience in a production company or creative agency setting
