The Role:

We're seeking a creative strategist to join our London team and lead the development of high-performing, locally relevant marketing assets across digital channels. This role is at the intersection of creativity, data, and culture-helping shape campaigns that resonate in key European markets and drive results for a fast-moving travel brand.

In this Role, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading the creation of performance-optimized marketing assets for social media, paid ads, email, app stores, and other digital channels
  • Developing market-specific creative adaptations for UK, Italian, and Spanish audiences
  • Establishing and maintaining brand visual guidelines for rail marketing
  • Adapting global campaigns to resonate with local markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Staying current with regional trends, holidays, and platform behaviors to inform creative direction
  • Collaborating with local teams and agencies to ensure cultural relevance
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative marketing, preferably in travel or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of developing converting marketing creatives
  • Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising best practices
  • Experience with creative testing methodologies and optimization
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with designers, copywriters, and market teams
  • Working knowledge of Italian or Spanish
  • Experience in marketing within UK/European markets
  • Background in travel or transportation industry
