Creative Learning Support Assistant (One-to-One & Arts)

Protocol Education are recruiting learning support assistants from creative backgrounds who can deliver one-to-one support to students with special needs at a college in Southwark, London. The role starts from September 2026 and offers long-term opportunity with job security and in-role training.

You will work with small classes and help develop academic and social skills through art, music and numeracy, with chances to support community placements and work placements.
