Creative Director

This small but growing digital agency is looking for a talented Creative Director to join the team and to help the achieve great things.

They are looking for a Creative Director with a proven track record of producing outstanding creative work, but they are also looking for someone who knows what it takes to lead an agency creatively.

You will be digitally savvy (native) with proven skills in understanding how to build brands in a world dominated by the digital channels that are our heartland. However they will be driven by ideas that change behaviour above and beyond specific channels.

Working closely with the ECD and CSD you will be part of outlining the agency's ambitions and executing the plans to realise them. These ambitions include significant growth plans and therefore this person needs to thrive on pitching.

After all that you will still love doing work, still be hungry to produce your best ideas but take a team on that journey too.
