Supervisor Job Title Designer and Brand Manager
A Jewellery Design Intern whose primary focus will be on design development, drawing, and 3D modelling. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong design skills while also gaining exposure to gemstone cutting (lapidary) processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in jewellery design development, including concept sketches and renderings
- Create technical drawings and design drafts
- Support 3D modelling (e.g., Rhino or similar software) for jewellery pieces
- Help develop simple prototypes and basic models
- Collaborate with the team on design iterations and refinements
- Organise design files and assist in project documentation
- Background or strong interest in jewellery design, 3D / product design, or related fields
- Excellent skills in sketching and design visualisation
- Familiarity with 3D modelling software (e.g., Rhino) is a plus
- Basic skill in photography or photoshop would be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and in a team

- Introduction to gemstone cutting and polishing (lapidary)
- Basic understanding of gemstone structure and cutting principles
- Observing engraving and finishing processes
- Real experience in the store with customers
- Hands on experience in professional jewelry design workflows
- Development of 2D and 3D design skills
- Exposure to production and craftsmanship processes
- Opportunity to build a strong portfolio
- Insight into both digital design and traditional techniques
