Job Description
Exemplar Health Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator at Lepton Heights in Huddersfield. You will organise and lead meaningful activities to empower residents to live fulfilled lives, including individual plans and group sessions.
Role involves fostering community, supporting hobbies and educational opportunities, and promoting dignity and independence. Full driving license is required. 20 hours per week, with weekend work.
