Crafty Retail Advisor - Customer Service (Inverness)

Hobbycraft Inverness is seeking a General Assistant to support the Store Management Team in delivering a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience. You will help maintain store standards and promote our craft brands.

Responsibilities include cash handling, stock replenishment, till operation, Click and Collect support, and helping with workshops. A passion for craft and strong communication are essential; retail experience is desirable.
